As always, I want to remind you to shop local, and get the freshest produce around by heading out to the local Farmer’s Markets in Santa Clarita:

October 9, 2011 – "Make Your Garden Sing!" Tami Smight & Julie Molinare will be speaking to the Santa Clarita Valley Rose Society at 2:30 pm. The Rose Society meets at the Senior Center located at: 22900 Market St., Newhall, California. The meeting is open to the public, so please plan on attending! October 16, 2011 – Come out to the Community Gardens of Santa Clarita and help us Plant our Native Garden! We are creating a garden so that Santa Clarita residents can see how water wise, beneficial attracting, California native plants can be a wonderful addition to your garden. 9 am at the Central Park Site. We can always use a helping hand!

October 21-23, 2011 – Presentations that Sell Boot Camp. If you have ever even thought about public speaking, you HAVE to come to this amazing event.
